I know, I know.......I'm lame!!!

Wow, me and blogger have not been friends lately! My last post was in January and I completely skipped February. We are almost to the end of March so I decided I needed to post SOMETHING!! That, and today my baby is NINE MONTHS OLD! Seriously? Nine months, this is going way too fast, I hate it! Why can't we stop the time through the best phases? Anyway, I wish I could say that we have been super busy and that I have had no time to do anything but that's just not the case. I think my winter blues had carried over into anything computer because I have just not wanted to do anything with it! But, I'm back and I'm not going to promise to do better but I am sure going to try!

Like I said, Talan is nine months today! He is now eating pretty much anything that gets mushy and loves french fries! He is crawling and becoming very intrigued by anything dangerous, I'm a little worried that he is going to be our accident prone child. Every day just gets better with him and we can't stop kissing him. He says dada and mama and that's about it, but he loves to speak jibberish all day. He sleeps about ten hours a night and he is a thumb sucker, just when it's nap time though! I can't get enough of him!

Dax is crazy as ever but keeps us laughing! The other day he burped and said excuse me, and not thinking I said bless you! He then said to me, “No mom, you say you’re excused – not bless you!” Ugh, what? That kid will be smarter than me in a few years, you watch and see and that’s just sad! He too is getting stir crazy and can't wait for summer. We are going to put him in everything we can this summer as an outlet for his energy. It's still smother fest with him and Talan but I've accepted the fact that it's probably not going to change! At least not until Talan is bigger and can defend himself! :)

Nate had to go to Indiana for ten days for training so we were excited to get him back. It’s always fun for the first couple of days but then it gets old fast. We all do so much better when he's home. His job is going good, he's super busy but that's how he likes it so whatever makes him happy I guess!

I have been working hard to get my big butt back in shape but I'm almost there! I went and bought an elliptical machine while Nate was gone and I'm so excited about it. It's one of those fun kind that you can play your ipod through and I have wanted one for a while now so I did it all by myself while he was gone. It was a steal, I love KSL!

Anywho, here are a few updated pics of the boys, Talan has changed a ton!

The last big snow storm we had, Nate & Dax made a snowman! It was huge and ugly and two days later it was doing a back bend. Daxton loved it though!

I love this thing! So much better than the highchair and when I pull it out for him he starts shaking with excitement. Chunky monkey loves his treats!!

Dax is pretty much obsessed with all sports but for some reason he has been crazy about soccer lately. So this is what Nate brought him home from Indiana. He has been playing it non stop.


So that's it, pretty boring right? Sorry I have been lame, I am going to try to be better. We have lots of fun stuff coming up so I will have fun things to post about soon. My sister is having her baby next week and I can't wait! I love new baby day!! She is having a girl and because I will probably have all boys, I get so excited to play with hers! We are going to Wicked the beginning of April, going on a cruise with Nate's WHOLE family the end of April, my bday is in May and then drive-in movies start! Ya, can't wait! Oh yeah, and the Box Elder basketball alumni tournament is this weekend and Nate can hardly contain himself. Go ahead and tease him, I actually encourage it!
